1. Risk warning
Binary options are high-risk financial products. On every trade you can lose the full amount invested, and most retail clients lose money with this type of product.
The numbers published on this site come from a demo account and from simulation over recorded quotes, over short periods. They do not guarantee future results. A real account, your internet speed and changes at the broker may change the outcome.
Regulators in several countries have published warnings and orders against binary options brokers without local authorization. Inform yourself before trading.
2. What Vorquena is and is not
Vorquena is software installed on your computer. It reads quotes, applies rules and sends orders through the broker's page, on the account you opened and control.
Vorquena is not a broker, does not receive or manage your money, does not trade on your behalf, and does not provide investment advice or recommendations. We never ask for your broker password.
3. License
The subscription grants the right to use Vorquena on one machine for the paid period (30 days), renewed with each payment. The license is personal and non-transferable: reselling, sharing, copying or attempting to remove the license protection is prohibited.
Updates are included while the subscription is active. In case of misuse, the license may be cancelled without a refund of the current period.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your broker account, for the amounts and limits you configure, for keeping your computer and internet running, and for complying with the laws of your country and with the broker's terms, which may restrict automated software.
We don't sell to residents of places where binary options are banned for retail clients or where the broker doesn't operate (list on the site). By purchasing, you declare that you don't reside in those places.
5. Payment, cancellation and refunds
The subscription is monthly with no lock-in. You can cancel anytime; the license stays valid until the end of the paid period.
Within 7 days of your first purchase, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. After that, there are no pro-rata refunds for the current month.
A payment dispute (chargeback) suspends the license until it is resolved.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for trading losses, for failures, blocks or changes at the broker, for internet, power or computer failures, or for decisions made based on the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the last month of subscription.
7. Privacy
We only collect what you send: name, email, country, optional contact and stated experience, to notify you about openings, sell and provide support. Payment data is handled by the payment provider, not by us.
The software runs on your computer, and your trading logs stay on your machine.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or leave the list, at any time through our contact. We follow Brazil's LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR.
